Upper School Spring Parents Weekend

2:30 – 4:30 p.m. Upper School Parent Conferences (for Boarding Families)

Note: Day Parents will have Parent Teacher Conferences on Thursday, April 23.

Conferences will be eight (8) minutes long. Beginning on April 16, parents will be able to schedule their conferences in advance using the Pick-a-Time App located in the Blue Dog Portal.

Afternoon Athletic Contests

• 3:15 p.m. – Boys B Lacrosse vs. Indian Mountain
• 3:30 p.m. – Varsity B Baseball vs. Kent Center School
• 3:30 p.m. – Girls B Lacrosse vs. Indian Mountain
• 3:45 p.m. – Varsity B Tennis vs. Trinity Pawling
• 4:15 p.m. – Varsity Softball vs. Westminster

5:30 – 7:00 p.m. Spring Parent Reception – Solley House
We invite all parents (Lower School, Upper School, Boarding and Day) to join us for an evening reception. Enjoy an evening of cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and great conversation with fellow parents.

Welcome and Check-In at the Sanford House Study Hall. Continental breakfast available. Pick up a Program, Teacher Classroom Locations, a Campus Map, and your Conference Schedule.

More Parents Day Happenings

• Student Artwork: Visit the Allen Finkelson Gallery in the Maxwell A. Sarofim ’05 Performing Arts Center and Farmen Hall at the Campus Center to view Lower and Upper School Student Artwork.
• School Store: Get new Rumsey “gear” at the School Store! Open from 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.  Located on the Lower Level of the Campus Center.
• Business Office: Located on the lower level of the Garassino Building. Open from 10:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
• Lost and Found: Visit the Lost and Found tables to check to see if there is anything that belongs to your child.

Weekend Check-Out Procedures

Students leaving campus on Saturday for the night, or extended weekend are required to submit a Weekend Pass in REACH by Wednesday, April 29.  Before departing campus students are required to check out in the Lower Office, or with their dorm parent.

Boarding students must return to campus by Sunday, May 3, at 7:00 p.m. Classes resume on Monday, May 4, at 8:00 a.m.
