IIIrd Form Leadership Study Kickoff

IIIrd Form students will begin their year-long leadership study with a special morning of team-building and leadership activities alongside Mr. Ough and their classroom teachers. Through a series of interactive challenges, students will explore reasonable risk-taking, communication, collaboration, and what it means to contribute positively to a group.

The morning will culminate with students developing a Full Value Commitment—a shared set of values and expectations for how they want to engage with one another as classmates, community members, and leaders throughout the year. This commitment will provide an important foundation as they continue to explore and practice leadership across the Lower School.

Students should come prepared for an active morning in sneakers and comfortable athletic/play clothes.
