
Nancy Dalrymple
Director of Health Center
Nancy Dalrymple is a dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (APRN), educator, and administrative leader with a strong foundation in both clinical care and public health strategy.
Holding a Master of Nursing and a Master of Public Health, Nancy currently serves as the Director of the Health Center at Rumsey Hall School, where she manages a clinical team and provides direct pediatric care. Her career is marked by diverse experience, including comprehensive care for children in community health, juvenile detention facilities, and on Native Reservations.
Prior to her clinical administrative roles, she led large-scale public health initiatives, notably managing Washington State’s Early Hearing Loss Detection, Diagnosis, and Intervention (EHDDI) Program. In addition, Nancy is also a committed educator and researcher. She has served as faculty at Yale University, Quinnipiac and UCONN, and has published multiple journal articles. She currently contributes her expertise in organizational health and fiduciary oversight as a Board Member for Healing Hoofbeats of CT, Inc.
Outside of work, Nancy enjoys staying active with her family and friends.
