VIth Form Experiential Learning in Leadership

This Spring, Rumsey’s VIth Form students took part in experiential workshops designed to deepen their leadership skills and support their 3C: Cultivating Character and Community curriculum.

Through a series of hands-on activities and group discussions, students explored themes of collaboration, communication, and personal growth. They showed excellent engagement while balancing amusement and challenge. During closing reflections, students expressed their desire for open conversations and opportunities to be heard without judgement. The day wrapped up with a grilled meal and time to connect, relax, and reflect on the experience. An additional workshop later this spring will continue to build on these meaningful conversations.
