3:00 – 4:30 p.m. Upper School Parent Conferences (for Boarding Families)
Note: Day Parents will have Parent Teacher Conferences on Thursday, October 9.
Conferences will be ten (10) minutes long. Parents will be able to schedule their conferences in advance using the Pick-a-Time App located in the Blue Dog Portal.
5:00 – 10:00 p.m. 37th Annual Auction & Celebration – Farmen Hall at the Campus Center
Step into the Roaring ’20s and enjoy a night filled with glitz, glamour, and community spirit—all in support of Rumsey Hall! Inspired by the elegance of the Great Gatsby era, the evening will feature a live and silent auction, passed bites and stations, live music, and plenty of sparkle and spirited bidding. This adults-only event is the perfect opportunity to raise a glass—and a paddle!—as we gather for a dazzling night together. Attire: Your Roaring ’20s Best.
7:45 a.m. Welcome Table Opens on School Street
Welcome and Check-In at the Sanford House Study Hall. Continental breakfast available. Pick up a Program, Teacher Classroom Locations, a Campus Map, and your Conference Schedule.

12:30 p.m. VII Form Parents’ Secondary School Counseling Meeting in The Maxwell A. Sarofim ’05 Performing Arts Center with Clayton Ketchum P’14, ’17, Director of Secondary School Counseling
12:30 – 2:00 p.m. Buffet Luncheon in Farmen Hall at the Campus Center
2:30 p.m. Athletic Events Begin
Students leaving campus on Saturday for the night, or extended weekend are required to submit a Weekend Pass in REACH by Wednesday, October 15. Before departing campus students are required to check out in the Lower Office, or with their dorm parent. Activities are planned for those students remaining on campus for the extended weekend.
