IIIrd Form Leadership Workshop

As part of their year-long leadership focus, IIIrd Form students will work together through interactive challenges that emphasize trust, safety, and shared responsibility. The morning’s learning includes The Swing Shot, a powerful team experience in which students collaborate to safely lift classmates into the air as high as they feel comfortable (up to the ceiling) for an exciting pendulum ride. While the swing itself is memorable, the true focus is on communication, teamwork, and collective responsibility, making it possible for all students to literally reach great heights.
