Liz Butler has been an integral part of the Rumsey community since 1999. She serves as the Associate Athletic Director and the Science Department Chair, where her expertise and passion for education shine through.  Ms. Butler holds a B.S. in Biology from Bates College and an M.S.Ed. in Teacher Leadership from Walden University. Her academic background and leadership skills significantly contribute to her dual roles at Rumsey.  In addition, she leads on the field as a Varsity Soccer Coach and on the water as the Varsity Crew Coach. 
According to her, the best part about teaching middle school students is the opportunity to spark an interest and ignite a passion in the science classroom, on the field, or on the water. She thrives on the unique chance to inspire young minds and guide them towards their potential.
Outside of Rumsey, Liz loves spending time near the ocean with her husband Rick and their daughters Erin (’20) and Abby (’23).

Chloe Calo started her career at Rumsey in 2025 after earning her degree in Integrated Marketing and Communications from the University of Mississippi. Her professional experience draws from a variety of roles at her university including the Overby Center for Southern Journalism and Politics, The Ford Center for Performing Arts, and the Study Abroad Office. Most recently, she taught as a long-term Spanish substitute at Lee H. Kellogg School. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, playing tennis, watching college football, and spending time with her friends and family.

Susan Coffey is the Admissions Assistant at Rumsey Hall, where she brings warmth, organization, and deep community knowledge to her role supporting prospective families. A Washington, CT native, Susan first joined the Rumsey Admissions Office in 1997 after working in human resources and finance in New York City. After taking time to raise her family, Susan returned to Rumsey in 2018, drawn back by her long-standing connection to the school and her love for the admissions process. In addition to her work at Rumsey, she has been active as a local realtor and a dedicated volunteer in the public schools and youth sports programs. Susan lives in Morris with her husband and their three sons.

Tiffany Cooper joined the Rumsey community in 2020. She earned a B.A. from the University of Colorado and is a Master’s candidate in Special Education from the University of St. Joseph in West Hartford. She relishes being in the classroom with Kindies and Pre-primes because they have no inhibitions and, like sponges, soak up the world around them.  She is a dorm parent in Hilltop and enjoys weekend activities with the students. She and her son like to travel and ride bikes.

Cat Cooper earned her B.A. in Art History while also studying Theater and Anthropology at the
University of Chicago. She holds an MFA in Theater Directing from the California Institute of the
Arts and an MA in English Literature from Middlebury College. After a stint in theater, she began
her teaching career at George Jackson Academy in New York City. She taught middle school English at Horace Mann School and The School at Columbia University. 

She regularly brought theater and art into the classroom as an English teacher. Cat loves the one-on-one connections she can make with students in Learning Skills at Rumsey, and she especially enjoys helping middle schoolers build confidence and discover their superpowers. 

After school, you can find her jogging in the woods with her Golden Retriever, Maddie. On the weekends, she spends time with her family and bakes a lot of bread and granola.

Rosalind Craft joined the Rumsey Hall community in 2007. She currently serves as the Lower School Music Teacher, where she delights in helping children from Pre-K to III Form discover and foster a love of music. Previously, Rosalind also served as the Orchestral Ensemble Director.  Ms. Craft holds a Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) and a Master’s in Music Performance from the University of Connecticut, as well as a Bachelor’s in Music Performance from Trinity College, Dublin. 
Ms. Craft finds it deeply rewarding to support her students and facilitate their music education in the classroom at Rumsey. She thrives in an environment where she can inspire young minds and nurture their musical talents.
Outside of Rumsey, Rosalind enjoys spending time with her children, who also attend the school, and she loves spending time with a good book.

Amelia Crimmins brings four years of experience in admissions at The Taft School, where she enjoyed welcoming families to campus, supporting student interviews, and developing a structured training program for student tour guides. Before her work in independent school admissions, Amelia served as Deputy Director of Licensing at the Board of Medicine in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and as a Regional Field Manager for the Massachusetts Hospital Association. She earned her Master of Science in Public Affairs from the University of Massachusetts and her Bachelor of Arts from Lewis & Clark College. A Rumsey parent, Amelia enjoys getting to know families and students through her role as Rumsey’s Admissions Coordinator and helping them discover what makes Rumsey such a warm and engaging community. Amelia lives in Watertown with her husband and their two children.

Simone joined Rumsey Hall as a one of the part time registered nurses at the Rumsey Health Center in January of 2025. She loves working with kids, and brings a lot of positivity and new ideas for student body wellness to the health center. However, her background goes far beyond nursing. She is a toddler mom, and is deeply passionate about motherhood, self development, and personal growth. She believes that the source of any change you desire in life begins with you. She is also a certified life coach for mothers, a music together teacher, and an avid astrology, travel, and nature lover. She has led multiple online workshops, panels, and podcast interviews; and has been a keynote speaker at two women’s empowerment retreats. In her free time, she can often be found dancing with her son to their favorite songs or listening to audiobooks while exploring scenic backroads around the states.

Nancy Dalrymple is a dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (APRN), educator, and administrative leader with a strong foundation in both clinical care and public health strategy.
Holding a Master of Nursing and a Master of Public Health, Nancy currently serves as the Director of the Health Center at Rumsey Hall School, where she manages a clinical team and provides direct pediatric care. Her career is marked by diverse experience, including comprehensive care for children in community health,  juvenile detention facilities, and on Native Reservations. 
Prior to her clinical administrative roles, she led large-scale public health initiatives, notably managing Washington State’s Early Hearing Loss Detection, Diagnosis, and Intervention (EHDDI) Program. In addition, Nancy is also a committed educator and researcher. She has served as faculty at Yale University, Quinnipiac and UCONN, and has published multiple journal articles. She currently contributes her expertise in organizational health and fiduciary oversight as a Board Member for Healing Hoofbeats of CT, Inc.
Outside of work, Nancy enjoys staying active with her family and friends.
