Value-Modeling in Action: Leadership Workshops for IIIrd Form Students

As the oldest members of the Lower School, IIIrd Form students are asked to step up and be leaders among their peers. Through a series of programs geared to this age group’s needs and tied to a number of the Rumsey traditions, students will have opportunities throughout the year to collaborate with peers, hone their skills, and take on leadership roles. To kick off the program, students participated in a series of team-building exercises with Mr. Ough, Rumsey's Community and Character Living Skills Department Chair.

As the year progresses, we look forward to exploring more exciting growth opportunities on the horizon for our developing IIIrd Form leaders!
