Learning to be Leaders at Rumsey

To kick off this year's leadership programming, Mr. Ough led our IIIrd Form through a two-hour leadership orientation on Tuesday, September 12. As the leaders of the Lower School, IIIrd Formers are called upon to be role models for our younger students. Last year, Rumsey piloted a yearlong leadership development program aligned with Rumsey traditions, offering students opportunities to collaborate, enhance their skills, and embrace leadership roles. The program was a complete success, and we are excited to develop it further this school year!
