January COVID-19 Repopulation Testing Update

We would like to thank our families for participating in our January COVID-19 repopulation testing during the past two weeks. The first round of re-population testing identified three positive test results; two students and one faculty member. These three members of our community have completed their isolation period and have been medically cleared to return to campus.  We have received second round testing results from all but five community members. These individuals will not return to classes or work until they receive a second negative test result. To date, our second round of testing has not identified any additional positive cases. We will let you know if we identify any additional positive cases. Weekly COVID-19 surveillance testing will continue throughout the term. If your child is chosen for testing, you will receive an email on Monday night prior to our Tuesday testing. We appreciate your continued partnership as we strive to have a safe and healthy opening of the campus. Thank you for your continued vigilance in and out of school with mask-wearing, physical distancing, hand hygiene, and in refraining from gathering in groups. Maintaining the health of our community is a team effort for certain.
