SPRING TERM 2008
April 12, 2008	SSAT administered to VIth Form in the Magnoli Gymnasium. Students are registeredStudents are registered through Rumsey Hall’s Placement Office. The fee is charged to the student’s account.
April 2008	Parents should complete the Transcript Release Form and Parent Questionnaire received in the mail, and return forms to the Placement Office. Students will meet individually with Mr. Fran Ryan, Assistant Headmaster.
SUMMER 2008
JULY 2008	Recommended list of schools mailed to VIIth Form families by mid-July.
JULY - AUGUST 2008	Review catalogues, websites, dvd’s and videos. Parents schedule interviews and formal secondary school visitations. (See Senior Weekend below)
FALL TERM 2008
October 11, 2008	VIIth Form Parents’ Meeting on Parents’ Day with Messrs. Farmen and Ryan.
October 23, 2008	SENIOR WEEKEND. VIIth Formers may leave campus after all athletic and school commitments on Wednesday, October 22. They may not miss athletics on that day. Students return to campus by 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 26.
December 2008	Before students leave for the Holiday Recess, all teacher recommendation forms should be distributed by the student to faculty. Any forms that say "school record", "transcript" or “guidance counselor recommendation” should be delivered by the student to Mrs. Fredlund. While home for the Holiday Recess, student and parent application forms should be completed at home and mailed to secondary schools.

WINTER & SPRING TERMS 2009
January 2009	Transcripts and teacher recommendations mailed to secondary schools.
February 2009	Secondary school admission committee meetings.
March 10, 2009	Admission decisions mailed to applicants. While home for the holiday recess, student and parent application forms should be completed at home and mailed to secondary schools.
April 10, 2009	Reply deadline by students and families to secondary schools.
