Faculty Compensation

Sustaining a community of learners requires fair and equitable compensation for our teachers. This will provide the best opportunities for students today and preserve Rumsey Hall’s unique character into the future.

New and Renovated Facilities
Over the past few years a variety of capital projects have greatly enhanced School programs. The Maxwell A. Sarofim ’05 Performing Arts Center, Lufkin Rink, improved faculty housing and two new dormitories have been funded through generous an­nual giving. To continue providing an exceptional experience for our students we are seeking funds for the following projects:

Construction of a new Dining Hall & Student Center

Classroom and technology updates  

Continued faculty housing improvements
 
Increased Endowment   
 
      Student Programs
Student programs continue to flourish with creative and challenging opportunities for our diverse population. Additionally, the financial health of the School allows us to provide financial aid for qualified, deserving students.
