LEADERSHIP TRAINING
Leadership Training is offered to the VIIth form girls. This course, which meets one class period per week, is designed to help the senior girls develop leadership skills and self-confidence. The curriculum is based on a series of teamwork initiatives, group activities, and specific discussion topics. The course examines society's defined roles for women across cultures and seeks leadership opportunities for the girls both in and outside of the school community. The format of the class is flexible enough to address current school and societal issues as they present themselves.
